Active Dundee's Gymnastics Display at Douglas Sports Centre was a tremendous success, bringing together 100 gymnasts ranging from pre-school age through to secondary school pupils. In front of an audience of almost 200 family members and friends, participants proudly showcased the skills and routines they have developed throughout the term.

The event provided a wonderful opportunity for gymnasts to perform in a supportive environment while celebrating the enjoyment and confidence that gymnastics brings. The inflatable track proved to be a particular highlight, with participants having great fun as they rounded off the day in style.

Our fantastic coaching team was out in full force, with one coach even taking to the floor to demonstrate his own skills, much to the delight of the children. The event also demonstrated the strength of teamwork across Active Dundee, with the facility team and development team working together seamlessly to deliver a memorable experience for everyone involved.

All gymnasts received a certificate in recognition of their participation and achievements. Following such a successful event, the Physical Activity team is already looking forward to planning an even bigger and better Gymnastics Display next year.
