Would you know what to do if someone experienced a medical emergency? We still have spaces available for anyone looking to refresh their First Aid skills. Whether you're an individual or part of an organization, everyone is welcome to join us!
Under the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, employers must ensure that proper first aid equipment, facilities, and trained staff are in place to assist in emergencies at work.
Our First Aid courses are not just informative; they're also fun and interactive, making it easy and enjoyable for everyone to learn essential skills!

We can accommodate up to 12 candidates per trainer at each training session. Each participant will receive a First Aid book and a certificate upon successfully completing the core hours, passing the practical assessments, and the multiple-choice question papers.

Our training sessions can accommodate a maximum of 12 candidates per trainer on EFAW and FAW courses. All candidates will receive a First Aid book and a First Aid Certificate on successful completion of core hours, assessment by trainer and passing a multiple choice question papers.

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
Get Qualified with the RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)!
As the most awarded lifeguard qualification in the UK and internationally, the NPLQ is a great starting point for anyone looking to kickstart their career in the leisure industry.
What you need to know:
- Upon successfully completing the core hours, passing the assessment, and the multiple-choice question paper, every participant will get a First Aid book and certificate.
- Candidates from Dundee City Council, or external organisations must be physically fit, as part of the course involves dealing with unconscious casualties on the floor. This must be done for assessment purposes.
- Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear, such as trousers and flat shoes.
- We can make reasonable adjustments for learners with reading and writing difficulties. If this applies to you, please inform the trainer before the start of the course.
- Light refreshments will be provided Tea/ coffee + biscuits

Course Information: New National Pool Lifeguard Qualification + AED Course

Child Wellbeing & Protection in Sport Course (CWPS)
Spaces Available for Child Wellbeing & Protection in Sport Course - open to council departments and external organisations.
The CWPS course is designed for sports coaches, club officials, and volunteers. This Sportscotland certified training will equip you with practical knowledge about child wellbeing and protection, giving you the confidence to handle any issues that may come up while working with children.
Course Modules:
- Module 1: An eLearning module that introduces you to the basic theories and practices of child wellbeing and protection in sport. It takes about 30 minutes to complete, and you must finish this module before attending the in-person Module 2.
- Module 2: A 3-hour face-to-face training session led by one of Sportscotland’s approved tutors. You’ll need to complete both modules to earn your qualification and receive your certificate.
