Meet the Coaches
Luke Birmingham
With a decade of experience, Luke has trained athletes competing at the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, along with young developing athletes. His diverse experience spans multiple sports and environments, helping athletes develop the strength to compete at the highest levels. Luke currently serves as a physical preparation coach for sportscotland Institute of Sport.
Graham Thom
Graham brings 15 years of experience working with athletes and has been UKSCA accredited since 2016. Holding a PhD in exercise physiology, he specializes in improving team sports performance through high-intensity training. Graham’s expertise spans athletes from beginners to international competitors. He’s currently the Head of Academy Sports Science at Dundee FC, having led the strength and conditioning team for six years.
