From the widest range of activities in Dundee, there’s truly something for everyone! Active Teen Unlimited members get unrestricted access to all core facilities plus our amazing coached programmes.
We’re pleased to offer the youngest gym access in the city! 12 and 13-year-olds can use Grove, Harris, and St Paul's gyms with an adult, after both complete a gym induction. 14 and 15-year-olds can use any of our gyms independently after completing an induction. From 16 onwards, teens can enjoy all gyms without needing an induction.
