Active for Life takes a personal approach, meeting each individual where they are. Our experienced Fitness Instructors work closely with participants to create a physical activity plan tailored to their unique needs and goals.
From gym access and circuit-based activities to swimming and walking groups, we offer something for everyone—no matter their fitness level or ability.
Who is the programme for?
Active for Life is designed for anyone who may not be getting enough physical activity to meet the recommended guidelines for benefit to health, living with one of more of the below noted health conditions, and require support to increase their physical activity levels.

How do I get involved
Due to the specialist nature of the programme, Active for Life requires a referral from a relevant healthcare professional. To get involved with the programme, discuss a referral with your GP, Practice Nurse, Nurse Specialist, or Physio.
