Legs, Bums & Tums: This structured workout strengthens and sculpts the legs, bums, and tums in a fun, energetic environment!

LesMills BODYATTACK: A high-energy fitness class that combines athletic movements like running and jumping with strength exercises.

LesMills BODYSTEP: An energetic class combining basic step moves, with optional additional weight plates, as well as body weight exercises. All resulting in a great fun workout, which tones and shapes the lower body as well as improving overall fitness.

Total Body Fit: A general fitness class mixing low-impact cardio with bodyweight resistance moves, perfect for all levels.

CBC Endurance: Our signature Coach by Colour cycling class, featuring sprints, climbs, and amazing tunes for the ultimate cardio rush!

AquaFit Shallow: An energizing aerobics class in the pool where water resistance enhances your workout!

AquaFit Deep: A hybrid class adapted for deep water, offering a fantastic cardiovascular challenge. Flotation belts provided for support!

Aqua Zumba: The perfect activity combining the South American Zumba® rhythm and dance steps, with a pool party. Enjoy fast and slow rhythmic exercises and water-based resistance work, targeting large muscle groups, such as legs, arms and abs for a full body workout.

Mind, Body & Soul Classes

Barre Tone: A ballet-inspired workout targeting legs, bums, and tums. Perfect for all fitness levels with a low-impact, high-burn focus.

LesMills BODYBALANCE: A yoga-based class blending simple yoga moves, Tai Chi, and Pilates for a holistic wellness experience.

Fitness Pilates: A modern twist on Pilates focusing on core strength, posture, and stress release. Low-impact and effective!

Pilates: Strengthen your core through flowing movements in this low-impact class designed for overall stability and stress relief.

Restore: A yoga-inspired class aimed at improving core strength, flexibility, and reducing stress through simple yoga moves and mobility exercises.

Hatha Yoga: Clear your mind and relax with precise postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to enhance flexibility and balance.

Slow Flow Yoga: A meditative class focusing on calmness, holding poses longer, and breathing deeply for relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: A seamless yoga style connecting movements with breath for a mindful, restorative practice.

Health and Wellbeing

Postural Stability: A gentle seated exercise class which incorporates elements of supported standing with the overall aim of increasing time of your feet. 

Strength & Balance (coming soon): A gentle circuit-based class, which incorporates a chair for balance or rest if required, focusing on the major muscles used in everyday tasks.

Active Ageing: Circuit: A circuit-based programme, with progressive levels, which incorporates strength, endurance, flexibility, and mobility exercises which replicates movements of everyday life.

Active Ageing: Strength: A functional based programme aimed at increasing strength in all the major muscle groups to assist with activities of daily living. Designed with over 60`s in mind but this programme is suitable for anyone looking to keep life easy.

Active Ageing: Low Impact Interval Training (LIIT): A moderate-high paced aerobic workout without the impact! Incorporating Assault Bikes, Rowers, Skiergs and body weight exercises a full body workout keeping the joints feeling fresh! 

Good Boost Focus: A gentle water-based exercise programme that acts as an entry route to Physical Activity and Therapy for those who are currently not meeting the CMO physical activity guidelines of 30 minutes per day. This programme is suitable for those who are, for those who are living with obesity, and/or living with a Musculoskeletal condition.

Good Boost Fitness: A moderate level water-based exercise programme that can act as a progression programme from GoodBoost Focus or as an entry level programme for those who are currently engaged with low level activities and looking to add variety to their journey. Choose from Strength, Endurance, Mobility, HIIT, or Flexibility, there is a programme to suit all.
