Let us introduce you to our exciting Coach by Colour (CBC) Cycle concepts!
What is Coach by Colour?
It’s an innovative indoor cycling class that shows how hard you’re working through color! With our ICG bikes and expert instructors, every workout is tailored to you, whether you’re a beginner or an elite cyclist. Each class uses the five coach by colour training zones to help you ride at your personal best!
Understanding Your FTP (Functional Threshold Power):
FTP is your maximum power output over time, allowing for efficient training. It’s personal to you and changes as you get fitter. We recommend retesting every 6-8 weeks to ensure your workouts remain challenging and effective.
Can I join if I don’t have an FTP?
Absolutely! You can estimate your FTP through power training mode. Feel free to speak with one of our coaches for more information on getting your FTP tested.

- CBC Endurance: Experience a mix of sprints, hills, and intervals for the ultimate cardio cycling workout!
- CBC Strength: Take on those hills with high resistance in this climb-focused class designed to push your limits!
- CBC HIIT: Short, intense power intervals followed by quick rest periods guarantee you’ll get fitter and faster!
