Teen Netball Coaching
For teens looking to take their game to the next level, our Teen Netball Coaching is the perfect fit. With a focus on skills, teamwork, and building confidence, this class is ideal for beginners and experienced players alike. Along the way, they’ll develop their game and make new friends in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Recreational Netball
If you’re looking to have fun and get active, Recreational Netball is for you! This non-competitive, inclusive programme is open to anyone aged 16+. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm for fitness and fun. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the game, get moving, and meet new people!

Teen Netball
Netball is a fun and inclusive programme welcoming participants 12+ of all abilities and levels to come and have some fun playing it. If you’ve never played Netball before, the sessions provide a gentle introduction to the sport, or a re-introduction for anyone who is looking to rediscover their love of the sport and play for fun.

Drop-In Session Information
Welcome to our exciting drop-in session! Whether you're looking to learn something new or simply want to have some fun, our sessions are designed to cater to everyone. Here’s everything you need to know:
- Minimum Participants: To ensure the session is engaging and interactive, we require a minimum of 10 participants.
- Session Viability: If the minimum number is not met, the session will unfortunately not proceed.
- No Pre-Booking Required: You do not need to book in advance. Simply come to the venue on the day of the session.
- Payment Process: Upon arrival, head to the Disc Staff receptionist to make your payment and secure your spot.
- Arrive Early: To guarantee your participation, it’s best to arrive a bit earlier than the session start time, as spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Session Updates: While we strive to meet the minimum participant requirement, we recommend checking for any updates or changes that might affect the session on our Facebook Page RecNet Dundee.
