The centre’s gym features a weights area and a variety of group fitness classes for all levels. Offering learn-to-swim programs for beginners, special sessions for children under five, and family swimming tickets, it's easy for everyone to enjoy time in the water together.

Family Fun sessions available every Saturday from 10.30am – 12.30pm. Suitable for all ages and abilities (4 lanes Family Fun, 2 lanes available for other swimmers).
At all other times only lane swimming is available. This is only suitable for competent swimmers, who can manage to swim multiple lengths of the pool.
