ACTIVE DUNDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBER REWARDS

1. Your participation in the Active Dundee Member Rewards Scheme means that you accept and agree to abide by these terms & conditions.

2. References to ‘you’ mean you as a participator in Member Rewards. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Active Dundee’ are to the provider of the Member Rewards Scheme, which is Active Dundee, Part of Leisure & Culture Dundee, Central Library, Wellgate, Dundee DD1 1DB. Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation No. SCO42421.

3. To qualify for and participate in Member Rewards, you must be a current member of Active Dundee, Golf Dundee or an Active Lifestyle Card holder.

4. By taking out a membership you will automatically start earning Member Rewards points when you get your card swiped to participate in selected activities.

5. Activities which earn points are: swimming (excluding swimming lessons), gym/fitness studio, adult group fitness classes, adult sport activities, children’s activity classes, Book to Play racket sports, Member Sessions, rounds of golf, entry into Camperdown Wildlife Centre, Ancrum Activities, McTaggart activities, RPC activities, ice skating at Dundee Ice Arena and holiday activity programme bookings.

6. Hall/court bookings and gift vouchers are excluded from earning points.

7. We may cancel, withdraw or alter the Member Rewards scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions and any individual Member Reward Card account, without notice.

8. The Member Rewards scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. We reserve the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.

9. Active Dundee can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Member Rewards account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme.

10. Any accounts which are cancelled by the member or suspended because of non-payment of membership fees will not accrue Member Rewards points and any existing points will be removed. If the member pays the membership arrears or rejoins the membership scheme Member Rewards points can be accrued again starting from 0.

11. We will remove Member Rewards points from Membership accounts where the membership hasn't been used for two years, restarting at 0.

12. Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Member Rewards account are subject to availability.

How It Works

13. After getting your card swiped at a participating site or making a booking via the Active Dundee App or Connect Online Booking, your points will automatically be uploaded to your Membership account.

14. Any entries via the entry gates at Olympia for gym and swim are uploaded to your membership account the day following your visit.

15. You can view your points total by logging into your account via the Active Dundee app or on Connect. Alternatively, your points total is shown in printed receipts given in centre. 
16. Points can only be spent on the Member Rewards on offer at the time of redeeming. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Member Rewards points collection and redemption without notice .

17. You must have enough Member Rewards points to cover the cost of the product; you cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service.

18.You will not earn a Member Rewards point when you pay for an activity or service with points.

19. When a reward has been redeemed the value of the reward will be taken off the Member’s points total e.g. points total is 35, member uses points to obtain a free visit to Camperdown Wildlife Centre, points total is deducted by 25 points, leaving the member with 10 points.

20. Rewards can only be redeemed by the account holder but may be gifted to friends or family to use after purchase.

Member Rewards Month T&Cs

1. All offers are subject to availbility and may change at our discretion.

2. Each member is entitled to one of each item of Active Dundee branded merchandise – this is to ensure there is sufficient stock for everyone.

3. All offers are processed at the discretion of the relevent facility.
