Member Rewards Scheme Update
Our Member Rewards points scheme is being phased out as part of system upgrades.
Key Dates
From 13 April 2026
- No new points will be earned.
Until 31 July 2026
- You can continue to redeem your existing points.
From 1 August 2026
- Any remaining points will expire.
Check your balance via CONNECT or at reception.
Current Rewards
Bronze – 25 points
- 1 ticket for Camperdown Wildlife Centre
- 1-hour Table Tennis session for up to 4 people at DISC or Douglas
- 1-hour Pickleball or Badminton session for up to 4 people at DISC, Douglas, Menzieshill, Grove, Harris, St Paul’s or RPC
Silver – 50 points
- 1 entry for a public skate session at Dundee Ice Arena with skate hire included
- 3 day Active Unlimited pass
Additional Rewards (Limited Time)
Bronze – 25 points
- RFID accessory (wristband, keyfob or phone sticker)
Available from 20 April
Gold – 75 points
- Family Swim (2 adults + up to 3 children) at Grove & St Paul’s
20 April – 28 June
Platinum – 100 points
- Family Swim (2 adults + up to 3 children) at Olympia

Diamond – 200 points
- 14 day Active Unlimited Pass
