With this in mind, we have worked to create a collection of progammes which take a more focussed approach to physical activity in relation to daily living and health than our traditional Group Exercise progammes.
With the overall objective of improving quality of life and keeping life easy, each programme has been designed around functional movements and exercises which mimic movement patterns of everyday activities and targets associated muscle groups.
Delivered by our expert team of fitness professionals, who have all undergone advanced training which enables content to be created in a deeper person-centered way with a strong focus on progression, our team will work with you to ensure that you are at the correct level of class at every stage of your journey.

Please note: Spaces in these programmes are limited therefore, whilst it is appreciated that we all look to supplement our existing training regimes with something different, if you are already active in other programmes across the group exercise timetable, these are likely not programmes for you.
