Facility Information
Facilities include a spacious sports hall with courts for badminton and pickleball, activity room, along with a gym and a small bookable sauna to help you relax after your workout.
Stay active with indoor football, hockey, table tennis, dance classes, and group exercise sessions – all designed to suit different fitness levels and abilities. The centre also offers inclusive activities like walking football, helping participants build confidence at their own pace, and carpet bowls, where the lighter bowls don’t need to be propelled as far, making it accessible for all.
Your place to get moving – whether you want to stay fit, learn something new, or connect with others in the community, you’ll find it all at Douglas Sports Centre.
Service Notice
Douglas Sports Centre will be closed to the public on Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th April to allow for essential electrical works to be completed.
Alternative gym access and Facilities are available at our venues across the city, further details can be found here.
