Facility Information
Douglas Sports Centre offers a wide range of activities. The large sports hall can be booked for badminton, pickleball, 5-a-side football and more. Also host to community programmes including GP referral, stroke rehabilitation, early years sessions, disability sports and kids’ classes.
Douglas Gym is fully equipped with cardio and strength training equipment such as squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, treadmills and a SYNRGY rig. After training, you can relax in the bookable sauna for recovery.
Douglas hosts a range of group fitness classes including Pilates, LBT, aerobics and LesMills favourites like BODYPUMP, RPM, BODYBALANCE and BODYCOMBAT. Douglas is known for its supportive community, so come along to a class and join the community.
The centre also supports inclusive sport and activity options such as indoor football, hockey, table tennis, dance, walking football, and carpet bowls, ensuring there are accessible ways for everyone to stay active.
Service Notice
Visitor update: Children under the age of 12 are only allowed to participate or attend our facilities within a Racket Sports bookings if a private activity area is used (i.e. Gym Hall or Dance Studio).
